A table form field to request tabular data, such as a client's address history or inventory data, etc. Comparable to a spreadsheet in which the amount of rows cannot be predicted in advance. Some clients may submit ten rows of data, while others may submit fifty. This type of table fields should be able to accomodate text, numbers, dates, files, and formulas. 

Another way to accomplish this is to be able to integrate an Airtable (or Baserow, a opensource alternative) into the Parallel template to manage this type of tabular data and output the data into the PDF report generated by Parallel.
